The route follows sections of the South West Coast Path, traversing steep cliff paths and tranquil woodland valleys. Starting from Penhalt Cliff car park, the walk descends to Millook before climbing through lush broadleaf woodlands alongside Millook Water. The path then winds through scenic countryside, passing Trengaynor before reaching the dramatic coastal section. Highlights include the trig column at Dizzard Point and stunning views over Bynorth Cliff. Walkers should expect significant ascents and descents, with varied terrain including woodland paths, field edges, and exposed cliff trails.
