This scenic walk explores the stunning Gower Peninsula, starting from Penmaen and crossing the moorland ridge of Cefn Bryn. The route offers excellent coastal views and passes several historical points of interest, including Arthur's Stone, a neolithic burial chamber. The walk traverses diverse terrain, including moorland, woodland, and coastal paths, with an ascent of 396 metres over approximately 14.5 kilometres. Highlights include the OS trig column marking the highest point, Penrice Castle parkland, and the dramatic Three Cliffs Bay. Walkers will experience the varied landscape of this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, from open ridges to wooded valleys and coastal dunes.
